Cornerstone Baptist Chuch has a Medical Trust Account set up for Joseph Greenwood. The funds donated to this account will be used to help cover the excessive costs of his medical care which are anticipated to exceed his health care benefits.
Here is some information we have received from the trust fund manager at BB&T in Florence: since this fund is being set up under Cornerstone Baptist Church (using their tax id), contributions are tax deductible. Of course, he cautioned that it is always wise to check with your accountant.
